Event Info & Policies

Client Property & Decorations
  • Client is fully responsible for all décor/equipment setup, use, and removal.
  • No nails, screws, drilling, gluing, taping or any attachment to venue surfaces.
  • All décor must be freestanding and may not alter or damage the venue.
  • Client is responsible for any damage by guests, vendors, or subcontractors.
Post-Event Removal
  • All items brought by Client must be removed within 1 hour after event end.
  • Late removal incurs a $250 penalty; abandoned items may be discarded.
Standard Setup
  • Tablecloths, cups, cutlery, and napkins are included.
Menu Guidelines
  • Final menu due at least 5 days before event date; cannot be modified after.
  • Optional upgrades are added to the final invoice.
Guest Count
  • Minimum of 40 guests.
  • Final guest list due at least 7 days prior.
  • Additional guests charged at the same per-person rate; payment due at event.
  • No refunds for no-shows.
Event Duration & Hours
  • Packages include up to 4 hours.
  • Additional time: $500/hr (includes up to 2 hours total extension).
  • Beyond that limit: $1,000/hr flat.
  • Standard hours: 8:00am–12:00am; absolute cutoff 1:00am (with pre-approval).
Payment Terms
  • 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure date.
  • Remaining balance due no later than 7 days prior to the event.
  • Accepted: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, or Zelle.
  • Charges based on agreed guest count; additions billed accordingly.
Pre-Event Access
  • Courtesy access up to 1 hour prior for organization, décor, or A/V adjustments.

Our ballroom supports flexible round-table layouts and space for a dance floor, DJ/MC, and presentation screens. We’ll tailor the plan to your guest count and program.

  • Capacity: up to 140 seated guests.
  • Tables & chairs included: 48" round tables (comfortably seats 9–12 per table).
  • Typical zones: guest tables, head/sweetheart table, buffet line, dance floor, and A/V screens.
  • Flow: wide aisles for service & photos; restrooms convenient to the hall entrance.
  • Setup: pre-event access (up to 1 hour) for décor and seating checks.
